That's me over there on the left...Hi, I'm Reggie.

The idea for Palmetto Travel Agency was born in a small high school in the upstate of South Carolina.  It was my junior year when I became infatuated with travel.  My family didn't go on many vacations, but the ones we did greatly influenced me.  I loved reading about destinations and researching each of them.  This is when I realized that it wasn't just about the travel itself, but it was the planning and research that went along with it that got me excited.

It took a few years into my adult life until I decided to rekindle my dream of owning a travel agency and within a few months, Palmetto Travel Agency was born.  We started off selling Disney Parks and Resorts, then slowly added Universal Parks and Resorts, Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment.  We have chosen vendors that we love and know because we pride ourselves on knowing a lot about a little rather than a little about a lot.  As we add other destinations to the list, we commit to fully researching and learning every aspect of their operation before representing them to our clients.

I've been called an old soul.  My idea for Palmetto Travel Agency is to serve clients the way companies use to serve their customers in dayspast.  Customer service is our number one priority and we take great strives to ensure our clients' best interest is at the heart of every decision we make.  We don't sell our clients products they neither want nor need.  For us, it is about the relationship more than the profit.  We treat our clients' vacation as if they were our own.

Our agents are dedicated business professionals and each work full time jobs and sell travel on the side to fulfill their passion for the destinations we represent.  Even though we are part time, our clients will never have a part time experience.  We are dedicated to serving our clients when and where they need us.  In this digital age, we primarily operate our business online using our website, social media, text and email.  We're not against using  the phone, but we have found these other tools to be more efficient and beneficial to our clients.  Did I mention...our planning and booking services are 100% FREE!  You'll never pay more using us than you would on your own.  Our worth is in our knowledge of the destinations we represent and knowing how to navigate their systems to deliver exactly what our clients want.
